Virginia Lopez-Anido is an artist who makes collage-based artworks primarily focused on material remnants, the interplay of color, and the expression of textiles.  

Her artistic practice informs her professional work, dedicated to accessible art spaces that center community and educational programming. For the last decade she’s been involved in artists’ studios, museum education, and artist-run spaces in New York, Los Angeles, and Maine.

She has participated in artist residency fellowships and workshops at Haystack Mountain School of Crafts, Women’s Studio Workshop, La Térmica Centro Cultural de Málaga, and Fundación Antonio Gala.
